Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

VCITIL proudly ships to most countries and regions worldwide.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, VCITIL may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
VCITIL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
VCITIL cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost during transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery Delays
