RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At VCITIL , we are committed to providing high-quality pieces and ensuring our customers love their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.


RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit or refund (if eligible) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and intact
  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or wear damage
  • Swimwear and lingerie must have hygiene stickers intact
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return
  • Accessories and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

VCITIL reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Depending on eligibility, returns may be issued as:

Store Credit

  • Issued for eligible returned items
  • Sent via email once your return has been processed
  • Valid for 12 months from the issue date
  • Can be used on any future order at www.vcitil.com

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds may be issued for eligible full-priced items within the return window
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items may be eligible for store credit only
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, you will receive a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team or use our returns portal
  2. Follow the instructions provided
  3. Ship your item back to the return address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns
